Why it's free
Astrology software built on Swiss Ephemeris is a solved problem. The expensive part is design and copy that doesn't make Gen Z cringe. We charge nothing for the chart because the calculation is cheap and the goal is to be the chart tool people actually use — not the one they bounce off because of an email gate.
We make money later, on a future synastry report ($X, completely optional, no upsell on the chart page). For now: the chart is the product. Run yours.
What ‘free’ doesn't mean here
It doesn't mean we sell your data. We don't. Your birth data is computed in your browser; the only thing we save is an optional waitlist email if you choose to give us one. Privacy policy.
It doesn't mean ads. There are no ads on Starlore. The site stays clean because we'd rather build a small thing well than a big thing ugly.

Is this birth chart actually free?
Yes. No email gate, no signup, no credit card. The chart computes in your browser the moment you submit your birth data. We don't store anything.
Why is it so much better than free chart sites I've used?
Most free chart sites are reskinned PHP from 2008 — slow, ugly, ad-heavy, and they upsell a $49 PDF report at the end. Starlore is built clean from scratch with Swiss Ephemeris (the same engine professional astrologers use), Gen Z design, and zero paywall. Your chart is the destination, not bait.
Do I need my exact birth time?
Not exact. If you only know the date, your sun and outer planets are still accurate. Without time, your rising sign and houses are uncertain — the rest of the chart still works. Most people find their birth time on their birth certificate or by asking a parent.
Will my chart predict my future?
No. Astrology is pattern, not prophecy. We compute where the planets actually were when you were born — that's geometry. What that means about you is a question of self-reflection, not a forecast.
Can I save or share my chart?
