Privacy Policy

Who we are

Starlore ("we", "us") operates starlore.me, an educational web platform for natal astrology charts and synastry geometry. Contact: hello@starlore.me.

What we collect

  • Birth data you provide (date, time, place coordinates) — used solely to compute your astrology chart in your browser. We do not store this.
  • Synastry queries — when you run a compatibility check, we store an anonymized hash of the pair plus a coarse country tag. We never store names or exact birth times.
  • Email address — only if you opt in to our waitlist or premium notification list. We use Supabase for storage and MailerSend for sending one welcome email and future product announcements.
  • Standard server logs — IP address and user-agent on form submissions, retained for 30 days for abuse prevention.

What we don't do

  • We do not sell your data.
  • We do not run advertising networks or tracking pixels on Starlore.
  • We do not share birth data with third parties (it never leaves your browser anyway).

Third-party platforms

We publish daily content from our automated server to our own social accounts on Discord, Bluesky, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, and Instagram. These platforms have their own privacy policies that apply when you view our content there. We do not collect data from those viewers — that's the platform's relationship with you.

Your rights

You may request deletion of any waitlist entry by emailing hello@starlore.me with the subject line "Delete my data". We will confirm within 7 days.

If you are an EU/UK resident: you have rights under GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, and portability. Contact the email above.

Cookies

Starlore uses minimal first-party cookies for session continuity (e.g., remembering UI preferences). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Changes

We may revise this policy. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. We will not retroactively use already-collected data in materially different ways without explicit consent.
